It is difficult, if not impossible, to set concrete prices without an idea of what your individual site will require. Each website we create is different, and as such, the amount of money it will cost can vary. However, we do have some general guidelines in mind when we create a pricing estimate.

The Process

The initial consultation--whether we visit in person, talk to you on the phone, or exchange emails--is free of charge. When we meet, we can discuss the possibilities of your new site, and determine the needs you have for the project. You may choose to purchase an existing package plan, in which case you will receive the final estimate immediately. You may, however, require a more customized project, and we will inform you of the final estimate as soon as possible.

When you receive your final estimate, you can rest assured that the amount will not change from that point on, unless you add additional specifications to your project. These will be added on a per-feature or per-hour basis. We will sign a contract and collect a partial payment upfront, and work will begin.

We will create up to three prototypes for your site free of charge. We can then alter the chosen design to better suit your needs. Minor site design revisions are included, although there will be an hourly charge for new prototypes after the third. After the site's design has been decided, we can then create your site. The amount of time this will take depends on the size and complexity of your individual website.

The Prices

Our services are also available on an hourly basis in some circumstances. Maintenance contracts, excessive revisions, data entry and scripting work, for example, could result in an hourly fee, shown below. You will, of course, be informed of these in advance.

HTML and Site Design: $35
Scripting (JavaScript, Flash, CGI, etc): $50
Administrational (data entry, imaging, etc): $10

Please note: Hosting is not included in these rates, but is available for as little as $10 per month. (Some small projects might be hosted for even less money than this.) You are welcome to choose your own hosting, but be aware that some specifications of the above packages may be altered (for example, the number of email addresses). Client must enter a separate contract with the hosting company. E-commerce capabilities are not available with these packages but will be priced on a case by case basis.
